GMV showcases smart mobility solutions at ATUC’s 32nd National Transport Congress

On July 2 and 3, Las Palmas de Gran Canaria hosted the 32nd National Congress on Urban and Metropolitan Transport, organized by the Association of Urban and Metropolitan Public Transport (ATUC). The event brought together leading transport operators, public authorities, technology providers, and urban and metropolitan mobility experts from across Spain to discuss the trends shaping a smarter, more efficient public transportation system capable of meeting today’s and tomorrow’s challenges.

The congress featured a program of presentations and panel discussions covering topics such as the current status of the Sustainable Mobility Act, the key role of talent in transforming the mobility sector, and the importance of transportation as a hallmark of urban identity.

GMV took part in the event with an exhibition stand, where it showcased some of its most innovative solutions for smarter, more connected, and more sustainable transportation and mobility. Among the highlights were the TV100 ticket validator and the DTD200 ticket vending machine, both designed and manufactured by GMV specifically for public transportation systems. The company also participated as a gold sponsor of the event.
