The gathering will bring together business leaders, industry experts, and institutional representatives to explore the technologies driving the transformation of Spain’s industrial sector. Opening remarks will be delivered by Josep Aracil, Chair of CEOE’s R&D&I Committee, followed by a presentation of findings from the annual report published by the International Federation of Robotics (IFR) on the state of robotics and industry trends in 2026. Representatives from four AER member companies will then take part in a panel discussion moderated by César Maurín, CEOE’s Director of Digitalization, Innovation, Trade, and Infrastructure. Among the panelists will be Miguel Hormigo, GMV’s Industry Sector Manager, who will discuss the challenges of merging automation, computer vision, and artificial intelligence in industrial applications.
