Alimentaria FoodTech

Alimentaria FoodTech is a food innovation trade show specializing in food processing and preservation technologies. Since 1984, it has brought together manufacturers, startups, research centers, and professionals from across the food ecosystem in the Iberian Peninsula to drive innovation, efficiency, and sustainability in food and beverage production. From October 6 to 8, 2026, Alimentaria FoodTech will once again gather the food industry to showcase innovations, build new connections, create business opportunities, and open up new markets. 

GMV will be present at the joint AER Automation stand (stand 521), where the company will showcase robotics and automation solutions and services designed to improve the efficiency, flexibility, and autonomy of processes in the food industry.

Visitors will be able to see a robot integrated with uPathWay® in action. GMV’s intelligent platform provides a unified environment for planning, deploying, monitoring, and coordinating missions involving heterogeneous robots and autonomous vehicles.
