elEconomista Business Conference: Talent, Data, and AI

On July 9, elEconomista will host another Business Conference, this time titled “Talent, Data, and AI: Key Factors in New Trends and Challenges in HR. in Spanish medium-sized businesses."

The event will serve as a forum where companies, institutions, and experts in talent and technology will discuss the new trends emerging from the convergence of these two fields.

María José Germán, head of GMV’s People division, will participate in the conference to share her perspective on the recent transformation of the labor market, as well as on the strategies needed to build a solid, flexible, and sustainable business model where digital innovation serves people.
