2nd Artificial Intelligence Forum for the Healthcare System

The Spanish Society of Health Informatics (SEIS) will hold the 2nd Artificial Intelligence Forum for the Healthcare System in A Coruña on September 23 and 24, 2026. The event will bring together health policymakers, regulators, researchers, clinical professionals, and technology companies to examine the role of artificial intelligence (AI) in the evolution of healthcare.

Over two days, the forum will address some of the key challenges involved in integrating AI into healthcare, ranging from regulation and governance to scientific and clinical evidence, sustainable deployment models, the potential of intelligent agents and generative AI, and the technology platforms needed to develop and scale AI solutions for healthcare.

GMV joins panel on scientific perspectives on AI in healthcare

GMV will take part in the event through Juan Carlos Sánchez Rosado, Health Business Executive at GMV, who will participate in Panel Discussion 2, “Scientific perspectives on AI in healthcare,” on Wednesday, September 23, from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m.

Sánchez Rosado will join experts from academia, research, and clinical practice for a discussion on the current state of AI in healthcare and the emerging trends that will shape its future development.
