What is GMV SimCraft®?

GMV SimCraft® stands as an innovative and fully configurable simulator designed to facilitate the rigorous validation of Mission Control Centers (MCCs) and other ground applications.

GMV SimCraft® is the perfect tool for validation purposes; a tool easy to configure and use by the MCC development team and focused its the actual validation needs.

It offers unparalleled flexibility, allowing users to tailor simulation scenarios to mimic diverse mission parameters, and even scenarios not included in the Mission Operational Concept.

GMV SimCraft® is truly agnostic of the details of the real spacecraft operations.

GMV SimCraft® Components

Visual configuration tool

GMV SimCraft® provides a visual configuration tool, based in blueprints, allowing an intuitive configuration of any simulation scenario.

GMV SimCraft® MMI

GMV SimCraft® includes a man-machine interface for managing the simulation context, visualization of model data, user control of the simulation via commands and scripts, saving and restoring simulation state (i.e., breakpointing), etc.

Ground Station module – SLE interface

GMV SimCraft® simulates the Ground Station Network exposing the Space Link Extension protocol defined by the CCSDS. It instantiates the sleapi-j librabry available at GitHub - esa/sleapi-j: Implementation of CCSDS Space Link Extension Services.

Ground Station module - CORTEX interface

GMV SimCraft® simulates the Ground Station Network exposing the CORTEX interface. It provides full compatibility with the GMV Hifly solution.

PUS-C support

GMV SimCraft® supports both PUS-A and PUS-C standars.
