It also provides capabilities for mission planning and monitoring, platform control, video and sensor data exploitation, and operational situation visualization. The system features a modular, scalable architecture based on open standards, facilitating the future integration of new platforms and capabilities. It also relies on artificial intelligence technologies for image and video processing, detection and tracking of elements of interest, and decision support.Interoperability is another key feature of the system, which incorporates NATO standards for information exchange; intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (ISR) products; and unmanned platform control. The system also includes operator workstations, deployable ground stations, and mobile devices, all connected through CENAD’s 5G network. The successful completion of validation testing at San Gregorio brings the project to a close and demonstrates the solution’s ability to integrate 5G communications, command and control, autonomy, artificial intelligence, and interoperability in an operational environment. The project further expands GMV’s experience in developing command and control systems for the coordinated operation of unmanned platforms.
