The 2026 edition, held in Bydgoszcz, Poland, focused on multi-domain operations, key to ensuring the resilience and effectiveness of Alliance communications.GMV took part in the exercise planning meetings under the sponsorship of NCIA, NATO's Communications and Information Agency, by deploying the NATO-CSD capability, a solution enabling the dissemination of JISR data and processes in line with the new developments of the STANAG 4559 Edition 5 standard.Under the sponsorship of the Armed Forces Intelligence Center (CIFAS) GMV also contributed the national SAPIIEM capabilities, comprising CSD SIERRA, SIERRA Tools and ATENEA, to demonstrate JISR interoperability in accordance with the STANAG 4559 Edition 4 standard. In this context, the company presented SIERRA Tools NG (Next Generation), a new generation of JISR clients aimed at improving the user experience and enabling the execution of processes fully interoperable with STANAG 4559 Ed. 4, also aligned with the progress towards Ed. 5. GMV's participation was also extended to the maritime environment. Together with the Navy, the European Defence Agency sponsored GMV's participation with MARSURIII, the future European information exchange network designed to connect the European Union and NATO by means of the use of widely recognized standards in the maritime field. For its part, the European Union Military Staff (EUMS) promoted GMV's participation with the EUCCIS system, a command and control solution designed to improve the secure exchange of information between different levels of the EU command structure. During the exercise, EUCCIS focused its contribution in the DM (Data Management), MDC2 (Multi-Domain Command and Control) and FMNCS (Federated Mission Networking Capability Services) experiment areas, advancing interoperability with NATO capabilities and reinforcing planning, coordination and situational awareness processes in multinational operations.Autek, a GMV company, also strengthened its role as a key operator of cross-domain capabilities in "CWIX26" by deploying its secure gateways in different areas of the exercise, under the sponsorship of JCISAT and CIFAS. In this edition, it led the Cross-Domain objective in the MIP area, driving the implementation of secure labeling of tactical data through the new version of the MIP 4.6 protocol integrated in the PSTmip gateway, which made it possible to ensure secure exchanges between classified and unclassified networks in accordance with STANAG 4774/4778 standards. In addition, Autek collaborated with NCIA on a Cross-Domain scenario for the secure exchange of XML data in the FFT and Space areas, facilitating both the generation of a Common Operational Picture and the secure exchange of information for the planning and execution of operations. Finally, together with GMV's ISR division, it deployed the PSTcsd gateway in the JISR area to synchronize data between different security domains.
