UIMP Event: Value-Based Digital Health

On July 6 and 7, GMV will take part in “Value-Based Digital Health: Data and Precision Management with Clinical Impact,” an event organized by the Menéndez Pelayo International University (UIMP) in collaboration with the Marqués de Valdecilla Research Institute (IDIVAL). The forum will bring together institutional leaders, healthcare professionals, researchers, and technology companies in Santander to discuss the challenges and opportunities of the digital transformation of healthcare.

The program will address strategic topics including the National Health System’s Digital Health Strategy, the European Health Data Space, artificial intelligence in clinical practice, genomics, patient safety, and new models of personalized care, with a focus on creating value for both patients and healthcare professionals.

Inmaculada Pérez, GMV’s Director of Digital Health, will take part in the panel discussion “Building Trust Through Digital Health,” a forum exploring how technological innovation, collaboration among stakeholders across the healthcare ecosystem, and the trust of both patients and healthcare professionals are essential to advancing a more digital, efficient, and people-centered healthcare system. She will be joined by representatives from the Hospitalarias Euskadi Foundation, Vall d’Hebron University Hospital, and the Spanish Patients’ Forum.
