GMV reaffirms its commitment to the space sector at the UK Space Conference 2025

On 16 and 17 July the city of Manchester became the epicenter of space debate and innovation with the UK Space Conference 2025, a strategic meeting bringing together representatives of government, industry and academia from the UK and abroad.
Over two intense days the attendees took part in debates, round tables and technical sessions focusing on sector growth, investment attraction, capacity building and the search for solutions to shared global challenges.
GMV was present in the exhibition area, where it showcased its groundbreaking space capabilities and solutions. Among other things, GMV presented a demonstration of REALM: Virtual Reality Aided Spacecraft Refuelling for IOSM Verification & Validation, a groundbreaking virtual reality tool for validating spacecraft refueling operations within the field of in-orbit services. This immersive solution allows complex scenarios to be accurately simulated, facilitating the verification of systems and operations in safe and controlled environments. The proposal reinforces GMV's commitment to advanced mission-critical technologies and its leadership in the development of key capabilities for the future of the space sector.
The company's presence in this new edition underlines its commitment to innovation and international collaboration, reinforcing its position as a strategic partner in the UK space ecosystem. At the same time, the UK Space Conference 2025 has consolidated its role as a key platform for the exchange of knowledge, the creation of alliances and the definition of the roadmap that will set the direction of the space sector in the coming years.
