CONFEBUS Summit 2026

Once again this year, GMV will be a sponsor for the CONFEBUS Summit. This is a major gathering focused on bus transportation in Spain, and this 2026 edition will take place in Madrid on May 26th and 27th, under the theme of “On our journey, every voice counts”.

Organized by the Spanish Bus Transportation Confederation (CONFEBUS), this event will bring together top experts, authorities, operators, and industry representatives to analyze key issues such as mobility as a right, sustainability, sustainable tourism, and implementation of Spain’s National Integrated Energy and Climate Plan (PNIEC) and the European Union’s Social Climate Fund. The attendees will also be discussing the challenges associated with digitalization of public transportation and the transition towards more efficient and sustainable models.

This year’s summit will also provide a platform for discussing the latest trends, sharing experiences in the industry, proposing innovative solutions, and solidifying the strategic role played by buses in relation to personal mobility, economic development, and environmental protection.
