The Bank of Spain awards GMV the data analytics contract for the SEPBLAC

The Bank of Spain has awarded GMV the data analytics implementation, support, and maintenance contract for the Executive Service of the Commission for the Prevention of Money Laundering and Monetary Offenses (SEPBLAC). The award was made through a public tender as part of the institution’s digital transformation plan.
GMV earned the highest score in the selection process thanks to a proposal that not only met all SEPBLAC’s requirements but also demonstrated GMV’s vast experience and high capacity in this type of project. We’re backed up by over 20 years of experience developing critical data platforms for institutional clients such as public health services, large private companies in the financial sector, and telcos, among others. We tackle highly complex projects with a strong technological component, sometimes working hand in hand with our clients’ innovation departments. GMV also has its own DataOps methodology and a highly qualified team that has led several consortia in recent years to develop projects based on the use of state-of-the-art technologies in the field of PETs, quantum computing, and artificial intelligence, building technology tools that contribute to the efficiency of our clients’ processes.
Another crucial factor in GMV’s high score in the process was its experience in fraud-prevention services, which helped us develop a creative approach to the solution for the use case put forward in the tender. Our approach based on the use of different machine learning techniques was key in the excellent technical evaluation we received.
