Code of Ethics
The Code of Ethics is formulated with the clear objective of maintaining an ethical and professionally rigorous position throughout GMV's organization, respectful of any personal orientation, with absolute respect for legal regulations in all areas - criminal, commercial, tax, etc. - including due diligence in matters of modern slavery and child labour, all of which are fundamental in all our practices and all of which are aimed at making GMV a serious, disciplined, transparent and fundamentally honest business group in all its actions.

Our commitment to equality and equity is reflected in concrete actions, such as the continuous updating of the Protocol for the Prevention and Action against Harassment and Discrimination—a key tool designed to prevent, detect, and respond to any situation that may compromise the integrity or dignity of those who are part of our organization. This protocol is constantly evolving to adapt to new realities and to provide coverage and guarantees for everyone, reflecting our commitment to respectful coexistence.

Whistleblower channel
GMV presents the whistleblower channel, a tool where anyone connected with GMV can, confidentially and respecting the option of anonymity, report indications or information on breaches of conduct or irregular behavior.
Do you want to report something?
You can do so at any time with the peace of mind that the information will be treated confidentially, ensuring access only to authorized people, with no retaliation by the Company towards those who use the channel and, if you so choose, making the communication anonymously.
During the investigation process, the right of presumption of innocence and the honor of any person affected or involved in the content of the communication will be respected.
