Recognition of our innovative DNA

GMV received the "Innovative Company" award at the Company of the Year Prize-giving Gala held by El Periódico de España in Madrid on June 13.

With this initiative, El Periódico de España recognizes the work of Spanish companies that generate wealth, innovation, and employment through their work. 

GMV's president, Mónica Martínez Walter, accepted the award and dedicated a speech of thanks for highlighting the organization's efforts, which in its four decades of existence has successfully positioned itself as a technology multinational with clients on six continents.

Innovation, diversification, internationalization, excellence, and, above all, the best talent have made GMV one of Europe's top technology groups and a point of reference in many of the areas where it works. This award comes at a special time for GMV, as it is celebrating its 40th anniversary with a team of over 3,200 professionals and a very encouraging outlook for the future.

In this first edition, other organizations also received awards in categories such as "Inclusive company," "Sustainable company," and "Best start-up of the year," among others.
