What is Focusear?

Focusear is the GMV system to track satellites based on Passive RF technology.

Currently tracking all GEO satellites emitting in Ku band over Europe and providing data to the EU SST since Summer 2024.
Being extended to also support other GEO regions as well as satellites in MEO and LEO orbital regimes.
Based on Time Difference of Arrival (TDoA) and Frequency Difference of Arrival (FDoA) data generated by a dedicated network of stations.
