GMV took part once again in Rail Live, held from November 26 to 28 at IFEMA (Madrid). The event brought together international experts to discuss the future of the rail industry, addressing topics such as digital transformation, energy sustainability, cybersecurity, smart infrastructure, urban mobility, and major rail projects.

GMV, which had its own stand at the event, presented its SAE-R® Automatic Vehicle Location System (AVLS) for the railway environment. This solution enables operators to manage service compliance in real time, optimize resources, and access business intelligence and alarm-management tools.

The company also introduced its advanced ticketing systems, which include access control in stations and vehicles, platform validation, and ticket vending machines, specifically adapted for tramways and commuter rail networks.

Rail Live 2025 also featured areas dedicated to talent and innovation, encouraging collaboration between industry and academia, as well as networking activities and technical visits.
