The journal Avion Revue Internacional recognized GMV with the Aeronautical Sector Excellence Award, in the Space category, for the maintenance and evolution contract for the Ground Control Segment of the Galileo satellites, which the company was awarded recently.

Created in 1966, the Medalha Amigo da Marinha distinguishes civilians with no operational ties to the Brazilian Navy, military members from other Armed Forces, and institutions who have set themselves apart by spreading the nautical mindset and underscoring the importance of the sea for the country.
