This event will be focused on analyzing the latest advances and challenges related to resilient positioning, navigation, and timing (PNT) systems, which are essential for ensuring secure, continuous operations in degraded environments or those subject to jamming, spoofing, or electronic warfare. The program will cover key technological solutions such as the use of encrypted signals (including the Galileo Public Regulated Service, or PRS), robust global navigation satellite system (GNSS) receivers, inertial sensors, and anti-interference antennas (CRPAs), all of which are fundamental for ensuring precision, synchronization, and reliability during critical missions. As part of the workshop, Manuel Toledo, GMV’s Manager of the User Segment and PRS for Satellite Navigation Systems, will be participating in the session entitled “The Spanish space industry and development of robust navigation, advanced positioning, and PNT systems”. During his presentation, he will share some of GMV’s experience with secure satellite navigation solutions and high-reliability synchronization capabilities, as part of a discussion about the future of reliable positioning systems for the armed forces.
