Tech4Travel Summit 2025

GMV will be participating at the Tech4Travel Summit 2025, an annual gathering organized by the Tech Tourism Cluster. This year’s event will be held in Barcelona on October 9th and 10th. This summit has become a key meeting point for tourism professionals, companies, and organizations that want to explore the transformative role that technology will be playing in the future of their industry.

This year's edition will be addressing some highly relevant topics such as technology, artificial intelligence, big data, sustainability, strategy, and marketing, with the aim of promoting more innovative, responsible, and connected forms of tourism.

The program includes networking sessions for professionals across the industry’s entire value chain, plus roundtable discussions on innovation, trends, and challenges; inspirational talks by top-level experts; participatory workshops to encourage synergies and new business models; wellness activities; and musical experiences, all in a collaborative, dynamic environment.

GMV will be represented by its Tourist Business Partner, Joan Antoni Malonda, who will be taking part in the roundtable entitled “Traveling with impact: a positive vision for tourism”, where the participants will be discussing the contributions that technology and innovation can make to a more sustainable model for tourism, with a positive impact on both people and destinations.
