European Forum on Innovation and Entrepreneurship

GMV is a Silver Sponsor of the European Forum on Innovation and Entrepreneurship, organized by AMETIC and set to take place on March 19 at the European Commission and European Parliament offices in Madrid.

The forum serves as a high-level meeting point for institutions, companies, entrepreneurs, and key players in the innovation ecosystem to examine the major challenges and opportunities Europe faces in innovation, technology, and competitiveness.

The event aims to align Spanish innovation with the Innovation Act and the new European governance framework; anticipate strategic policies and programs, including upcoming Horizon Europe and CDTI calls expected in 2026; and position itself as a genuine exercise in technology diplomacy, where innovation is conceived as a tool for European sovereignty and cooperation.

As part of the forum, Luis Fernando Álvarez-Gascón, General Manager of GMV’s Secure e-Solutions, will take part in Panel 1 – Strategic Innovation, Deep Tech, and Quantum, alongside Patricia Sierra (Navantia), Christian Trefzger (European Commission), and Vicente Martín (Technical University of Madrid). Víctor Gáspar (Multiverse Computing) will moderate.
