1st Symposium on Data in Justice and Law

At the 1st Symposium on Data in Justice and Law, José Carlos Baquero, Manager of GMV’s Artificial Intelligence and Big Data Division, will present a talk entitled “The Challenge of Secure Data Sharing among Organizations”. He will explain how the most advanced cryptographic techniques can help break down the barriers imposed by issues of privacy and confidentiality when using and processing data.

On October 17th and 18th, jurists, academics, and AI and data experts will join other attendees at a symposium entitled “The Role of Data in Facilitating and Driving Change in the Transformation of Justice and Law”. The event has been organized by the University of Salamanca and Spain’s Ministry of Justice, with the aim of analyzing the role that data plays as a fundamental aspect of the digital transformation of justice and application of the law.
