10th Congress of the Baltic Association for Maxillofacial and Plastic Surgery (BAMPS2022)

On June 3rd, GMV engineers Dr. David Miraut and Dr. Gabriel A. Reale will be speaking at the 10th Congress of the Baltic Association for Maxillofacial and Plastic Surgery (BAMPS2022). They have been invited to participate in a session organized by a world-renowned specialist, Dr. Simonas Grybauskas. The BAMPS2022 event is being held in conjunction with the 16th Joint Symposium of the Universities of Riga and Rostock, and it will feature presentations by top European research groups working in the field of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.

The participants from GMV will be speaking during the session entitled "Artificial Intelligence: Automation of the digital workflow for orthognathic surgery planning". Presentations will be made on the results of the European project that has successfully created a prototype, with intuitive web and mobile interfaces, for automating the key initial steps for planning a surgery.
