VLCSOFTING
The 4th VLCSOFTING conference, organized by the IT Technology Institute (Instituto Tecnológico de Informática: ITI), will give us first-hand knowledge about the growth and development of the software world in the interests of growing, evolving and innovating along with it.
The event will be held in the Auditorium of the Polytechnic Innovation City (Ciudad Politécnica de la Innovación) on Tuesday 12 June, in the form of 4 plenary lectures plus 12 technological seminars dealing with various themes.
Carlos Sahuquillo, Security Consultant of GMV’s Secure e-Solutions sector, will be giving a paper under the title “Car Hacking: When security through obscurity is not a good idea” (10.20-10.45 hours). He will be speaking about some of the vulnerabilities that have cropped up in connected cars and pinpointing the car-hacking entry-points.
