Data collection, purposes, legal basis and conservation periods:

Contact: The User may contact us through the forms provided for that purpose on the Website. They must provide their identification data, as well as the reason, subject or question.  GMV will use the data to process the enquiry and contact the User.

The legal foundation for processing this data is based on the User’s consent.

The conservation period for the data for this purpose will be two years, unless other periods apply.

GMV Employee Portal: Candidate Users can register on the GMV Employee Portal to take part in different GMV recruitment processes or register in the available offers. To do that, Users must provide their identification details, such as their full name, email address, CV and all personal information they choose to send.

This processing can have two sources of legitimacy, depending on the case:

  • If users voluntarily register on the Portal, the legitimacy is their consent, and the data will be conserved as long as they remain registered on this platform;
  • If users register in a specific offer only, the source of legitimacy will be the execution of the pre-contractual relationship between the users and GMV, and the data will be conserved for a maximum period of three years.

GMV event registrations: GMV may organize events, seminars and other types of activities, both in person and online. Users may register on the forms provided for that purpose and include their full name, email address and organization. The purpose of the processing is to enable Users to attend events and seminars organized by GMV.

The legal basis for processing the data is established in the successful execution of the contract to formalize the registration and participation in the events.          

The conservation period for the data by GMV will be the duration of the event and, subsequently, for a period of one year.

GMV corporate magazine: Users can sign up to receive the GMV corporate magazine or our newsletters through the form provided for that purpose. The legal foundation for processing this data is based on the User’s consent.

We will retain the data for as long as the users remain registered in our delivery system.

Users may withdraw their consent at any time through the links provided in each delivery or by writing to [email protected].

Satisfaction questionnaire: GMV can send Users communications with links to questionnaires to assess their satisfaction with the products and/or services provided by GMV. Responding to these questionnaires is entirely voluntary.

The legal basis for processing the data provided on the questionnaires is established in the legitimate interest of GMV in understanding the assessments of their products and services.

The data will be kept as long as the User does not oppose to its processing or requests it be deleted.

Commercial communication: GMV can send Users information on new developments or news from GMV by email or mobile device (as appropriate).
