On September 30, GMV will hold the webinar “Understanding the Vulnerabilities in Connected Vehicles”. This presentation will be given by Belén Andrino, GMV’s Manager of Automotive Business Development, and Marco Donadio, GMV’s Cybersecurity Project Manager & Business Development Manager.

Today’s vehicles work with several different connectivity technologies such as cellular networks, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, keyless entries. If we also factor autonomous driving into the equation plus an estimated useful life of about 10 years, it then turns out that cars are highly vulnerable to cyberattacks.

This webinar will show that car hacking is no longer a proof of concept and the importance of cybersecurity in vehicle.

Key topics and takeaways:

• Introduction: Why Cybersecurity in vehicles?
• Key factors associated with car attacks
• Car Hacking Lab: practical examples
• Vulnerability Assessment & Mitigation

Time: 4 pm – 5 pm (CEST)
