GMV supports young talent at the first Next Force Summit

The future of industry, defense, and security is being shaped today. With this premise in mind, the first edition of the Next Force Summit took place on October 8 in Madrid. GMV participated as the main sponsor of the event, which brought together more than 800 university and vocational education and training students.

Organized by Infodefensa, this initiative aims to connect young talent with leading companies and institutions in the defense and security sector, focusing on innovation, employability, and the challenges of attracting and retaining professionals in a highly technological and constantly evolving industry.

GMV had its own booth in the exhibition area, providing an opportunity to introduce the company to younger generations and encourage the exchange of ideas, concerns, and perspectives on future career opportunities in the sector. GMV also took part in the event's conference program alongside other leading companies and representatives of the Armed Forces.

The event highlighted the growing interest among young people in the opportunities offered by the defense and security industry, as well as the importance of fostering dialogue between academia, businesses, and institutions to meet the increasing demand for specialized technical professionals.
