GMV, which sponsored the event, played a prominent role.AMOS is one of the leading technical events in the areas of Space Situational Awareness (SSA) and Space Domain Awareness (SDA), making it a key meeting point for representatives from government, industry and academia.GMV played an important role in the technical program, with the participation of José Miguel Lozano, president of GMV Space Systems in the US, as co-chair of the “SDA Systems & Instrumentation” session, underscoring the recognition of the company's experience and leadership in critical technologies for space environment surveillance. Alberto Águeda, GMV's Director of Space Traffic Surveillance and Management, also participated as a panelist in the AMOS Policy Forum, specifically in the session entitled “SSA Needs for Novel Space Activities.” During this panel, topics discussed included the challenges and opportunities posed by emerging space activities such as proximity operations, cislunar missions, satellite maintenance services, and active debris removal.In addition, Águeda presented a digital poster entitled “A High-Performance and Robust Light Curve Inversion Method for Attitude Monitoring of Three-Axis Stabilized Satellites.” The company also had a booth where it presented its SSA/SDA/SST/STM solutions.GMV's participation in AMOS 2025 reaffirms the company's technological leadership in the field of space surveillance and helps strengthen its presence in the international SDA ecosystem, establish key collaborations with institutional and commercial players, and continue to actively contribute to building a safer and more sustainable space environment.
