GMV played a key part in the congress. Its Global Business Development Director, Rafael Navajo, gave an interesting presentation on “Logical Fraud at ATMs”. Logical fraud, encompassing cybercrime, malware and hacking, poses a growing threat to ATM network security. The presentation was enthusiastically received by a large audience. Rafael Navajo also intervened together with Elisa Ibáñez of IT ATM and Contact Center Manager of La Caixa, presenting some of the main dangers including a case study of how terminals can be protected.
