Technical Workshop: Quantum and Post-Quantum Telecommunications and Cybersecurity

APTIE, in collaboration with Barcelona Qbit, is organizing the Quantum and Post-Quantum Telecommunications and Cybersecurity workshop with the support and collaboration of GMV.

The workshop will be held online on May 27 and will be opened by the Secretary of State for Digitization and Artificial Intelligence, Carme Artigas, with renowned subject-matter expert Juan Ignacio Cirac, Director of the Quantum Optics Theory Division at the Max Plank Institute.

One of the topics to be covered will be how quantum and post-quantum technologies can help improve Cybersecurity in Spain. Enrique Crespo, head of cybersecurity for SKMF Galileo at GMV, together with Luis Jiménez, Director of the National Cryptological Center CNI-CCN, and Marcos Gómez, Assistant Director for Services INCIBE-CERT, will discuss the opportunities and threats that we will be facing in the coming years.
