Next Force Summit

Infodefensa will bring together talent from the defense sector on 8 October in Madrid for the Next Force Summit, an event that seeks to address talent retention challenges in the sector. With the theme of “Future Unlocked,” the event will feature speakers from the Spanish Ministry of Defense and from leading companies, serving as role models for young professionals.

At a time of digital transformation, a shortage of technical professionals, and growing competition to attract and retain talent, young people have become a key element in the sector’s development. As such, the Next Force Summit will also bring together representatives from universities and vocational training schools and will serve as a two-way forum in which senior and junior professionals will be able to connect, share concerns, and reflect on the current state of the defense and security sector.

GMV will participate in the event as the main sponsor and will have a stand in the exhibition area.
