In the context of the 2025 Technology Workshops (June 5th and 6th), GMV is co‑organizing a workshop entitled “Advancing the Space Industry”, which will take place at its headquarters on June 6th, in collaboration with the Tekniker and FIDAMC research foundations. This will be a gathering dedicated to the latest developments in advanced materials, intelligent fabrication, and space debris management.

The event will feature presentations and panel discussions focused on key topics such as sustainable digitalization, zero debris, innovative materials, and efficient design. The aim of these sessions is to promote the global competitiveness of the Spanish space industry and encourage transfers of knowledge among its main players.

This initiative is part of the ECOAERO project, funded by Spain’s Center for Technological Development and Innovation (CDTI) under the Cervera Networks of Excellence program. Its purpose is to promote collaboration in R&D and innovation, to accelerate the development of transformative space-related technologies.
