23rd Castilla y León Telecommunications Night

On October 1, the Castilla y León Association of Telecommunications Engineers will hold its traditional Castilla y León Telecommunications Night in Valladolid, with GMV participating as a sponsor.

Now in its 23rd year, the event will begin with a technical session in the morning at the University of Valladolid’s School of Telecommunications Engineering. The session will feature Aleida Alcaide, Director General for Artificial Intelligence at Spain’s Ministry for Digital Transformation and the Civil Service. Students will also have the opportunity to learn more about the work of some of the sector’s leading companies and explore the career opportunities they offer in the exhibition area.

In the afternoon, a panel discussion entitled “Implications and Opportunities of Artificial Intelligence for the Telecommunications Labor Market” will explore the outlook, opportunities, and challenges presented by this emerging strategic technology.
