18th edition of the “Satellites as a key element for defence and government applications” seminar

GMV will be participating as a sponsor in the 18^th edition of the “Satellites as a key element for defence and government applications” seminar, which will take place from 2 to 4 September in Santander and is co-organized by Hisdesat Servicios Estratégicos and ACORDE.

Considered one of the leading events in Spain’s space sector, the annual seminar brings together representatives from the government, the Armed Forces, industry, and the technology sector to analyze the main challenges and opportunities in space from the perspective of defence and government applications.

Throughout the event, participants will address issues related to space capabilities, satellite communications, Earth observation, and the evolution of technologies applied to security and defence. The program will also provide a forum for sharing experiences and discussing the challenges facing the sector.

GMV’s participation will allow the company to share its expertise and gain firsthand insight into the latest developments and areas of work that are shaping the evolution of the space and defence sectors, thereby contributing to collaboration and the exchange of knowledge among the various stakeholders.
