15TH MODELING WEEK

The 15th Modeling Week, which will take place from June 7 to 11, at the Faculty of Mathematics of the Complutense University of Madrid (UCM), is organized as part of the UCM Mathematics Faculty’s Master’s Program, in collaboration with the Interdisciplinary Mathematics Institute (IMI).

The main objective of this symposium is to promote the use of mathematical methods and models in research, industry, innovation and management in the knowledge economy.

During the event, the GMV Secure e-Solutions Artificial Intelligence and Big Data Division will present a problem titled “Federated Learning: Does everyone play fair?”, and students will work in small groups to resolve it. GMV Data Scientist Pablo González will be the instructor, responsible for presenting the problem to the students.
