INFO-pass HIGHLIGHTS

• By means of its high sensitivity GPS receiver, INFO-pass automatically detects train arrivals for every station on the line. Positioning can be complemented with a train odometer.
• Current- and next-station information is shown on the onboard display or onboard monitors. The related audio speech is simultaneously broadcast through the train’s PA system.
• Additional station- and line-related information provided by the system includes connections with another means of transport, details for the disabled as well as any other particular feature.
• Text, video and audio contents can be programmed to be played during the service by means of a desktop app or cab HMI display. The contents and schedule can be downloaded remotely to the train by a Wi Fi interface. Multimedia contents can also be played on an events-based basis. Points-of-interest can be defined to reproduce the selected contents when entering or exiting the area.
• The available communications systems allow real-time contents transmission and play during the service.
• An additional video server can be brought in to broadcast video entertainment (V.E.) contents on inside monitors, sharing the system with the service-related passenger information.
