Description

Internal process to obtain Java EE 6 Enterprise Architect Certification will be launched for the candidate once the position is assigned

  • Team technical leading and management
  • Defining, scheduling, assigning and following tasks
  • Giving advice to the rest of the members of the team about implementation
  • Enable a positive technical culture, applying agile methods to development and completing quality assurance practices
  • Analysis and preparation of proposals for new capabilities
  • Produce highly accurate specifications that could be effectively used or implemented by development teams
  • Gathering business requirements and providing architect solutions based on requirements
  • Modular solutions to allow the addition of new functionalities and technologies
  • UML design of use cases and classes
  • Development
  • Define and interpret software metrics
  • Introducing new technologies
  • Enable and promote reuse of patterns, tools, and components across the service landscape
  • Review and validate code
  • Project planning Support
  • Providing estimations
  • Scheduling (Redmine)
  • Guidance and consultancy to Project Managers and Stakeholders
  • Apply agile methodology (Scrum) for the implementation of the project including Test Driven Development and Continuous Integration

Requirements

Academic degree: Second cycle higher education degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Engineering
Level of English: C1
Technical knowledge:

  • Experience: At least 12 years’ experience combining University and work experience
  • 10 years’ hands-on experience in software development in JEE technologies (EJB, JPA, Web Services, WebSockets etc.)
  • Hands-on experience in Linux, Maven, SVN, Jasper Reports, JAX-WS, JAX-RS, Junit, Arquillian, JenkinsHas at least 4 years’ hands-on experience as project manager in IT systems implementation Projects
  • Proficient in Agile/Scrum Methodology
  • A proven track record in designing and delivering complex enterprise-scale Java/JEE Solutions
  • Expertise in JBoss 6 EAP/Wildfly 9 AS and above. Or expertise in any other JEE 6/7 compliant application server.
  • Expertise in UML

Valuable knowledge:

  • Java EE 1.8, EJB 3.1, Ext-GWT, Angular2, Java Content Repository, OpenLayers, WMS, Webservices, WS-Sec, REST, JWT, Websocket, JMS, Hibernate, JPA, Apache Maven, Apache2, Jboss 5.1 GA and Jboss 6.4 EAP , PostgreSQL, Jackrabbit JCR, Ubuntu Linux
