Description

GMV is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the People, Strategy & Culture team.
You will work closely with managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s hiring needs for each position and you will be in charge of the recruitment processes at our subsidiaries in Germany, helping management find, hire, and retain quality talent. You might also give support to other Human Resources activities such as attending job fairs, employer branding activities and administrative tasks.

Requirements

Level of English: Advanced
Technical knowledge:

• Experience and motivation for recruitment and HR activities
• Good English and German communication skills
• Microsoft Office

Desirable knowledge:

• Basic level of Spanish
