GMV will be present at the UK Space Conference 2019, to be held from 24 to 26 September in the recently constructed International Convention Centre (ICC) Wales.
Held every two years this is a must-attend event for the country’s whole space community, bringing together the space industry, users of space-based services, entrepreneurs, academics and politicians. The last conference attracted a turnout of 1,225 industry delegates, 109 exhibitors and 150 speakers in 28 sessions of varying types.
The packed program has been drawn up with the aim of offering companies important information. This is rounded out by sessions dealing with research, technology, space environments and biomedicine and the promotion of cutting-edge technologies and capabilities.
The format is designed to bring together the space industry, researchers, entrepreneurs, satellite-service users and the government to discuss future space possibilities, improving opportunities for encounters and debates.
In the conference’s exhibition area GMV will also be displaying the latest technology in areas such as robotics, earth-observation and telecommunications satellite ground segments and advanced applications using space technology and data.
