The Smart Agro area in which GMV is participating is an area in pavilion 8 to drive technology, knowledge and innovation for more precise, efficient, profitable and competitive agriculture.
From 18 to 20 October, exhibitors participating in Smart Agro will offer solutions from farming to final marketing to consumers: Apps, drones, software / hardware, IoT, BigData, ERPs, monitoring, automation, robotics, sensors, digitization, with the aim of increasing productivity, food quality and safety; to improve added value, equity and the flexibility of the agri-food chain; efficient and sustainable use of natural resources; as well as to improve strategic intelligence systems and aid in decision-making.
For yet another year the whole sector has got behind this top-level business event. In only eight years it has succeeded in positioning itself at the forefront of the international fruit and vegetable trade, attracting a turnout of 1500 participating firms and 60,000 trade visitors from 110 countries.
