Peopleware, Agile Management

GMV will be taking part in the upcoming debating forum, Peopleware – Agile Management, to be held on Thursday 19 October in the Madrid venue called “Se aceptan ideas”.

Today’s boom in agility, Scrum and other methodology series has tended to bring out the sheer importance of software development teams. Even though we grant such importance to this paramount issue, however, there are many blurred and grey areas in other day-to-day team- and people-management matters: what about software-engineering-related motivation, leadership, selection, team management?

This debating forum aims to set up an annual date for swapping experiences, dealing with the right technical leadership, agile management and Peopleware.

Enrique Fraga, GMV’s Executive Director of Satellite Control and Mission Planning Aerospace, will be giving a chat about exactly what a real agile transformation consists of.
