Traditional AI vs. generative AI: advantages and limitations for its implementation in companies

BIDA, AECA and GMV are organizing the BIDA Meeting on November 27th, titled "Traditional AI vs. Generative AI: Advantages and Limitations for its Implementation in Companies," with the aim of exploring how to operationally integrate Artificial Intelligence into businesses.

We will have a presentation by Álvaro Barbero, Chief Data Scientist at Instituto de Ingeniería del Conocimiento (IIC) (Institute of Knowledge Engineering) (IIC), to learn about the application of AI in an organization through use cases.

Following this, the roundtable discussion “The Challenge of Integrating AI in Businesses” will take place, with the participation of José Carlos Baquero*, Director of the AI ​​and Big Data Division at GMV's Secure e-Solutions; Richard Benjamins, CEO & Co-founder of OdiseIA; Mónica Molés*, Head of the User Process Support Unit at the Bank of Spain; and Enrique Bonsón, President of the New Technologies Commission at AECA, moderated by Javier Zubieta, Marketing and Communications Director at GMV's Secure e-Solutions. The panel will present the “Guide to Managing Generative AI in Business,” a key document that will help you introduce AI, understand it, and leverage its potential in the business environment.
