22nd International Workshop on Laser Ranging

GMV participates in the 22nd International Workshop on Laser Ranging. The event will take place in November, from 7 to 11 at the Yebes Observatory, in Guadalajara (Spain).

With the motto “Reconnecting the ILRS community”, this new edition will be an excellent opportunity to show and discuss advances in the scientific and technological fields of Satellite Laser Ranging, Lunar Laser Ranging, and other related techniques.

Jaime Fernández Sánchez, Division Head Institutional Flight Dynamics Systems (IFDS) of GMV´s Space System EST, will present two presentations with the titles: "The ILRS Support to the Copernicus Sentinel-3 & -6 Missions", and "Impact Analysis of Multiple LRR On-Board Future Copernicus CRISTAL Altimetry Mission".

Laura Aivar, engineering of GMV´s Space Systems EST, will present a paper titled: "Laser ranging—Evolution towards active sensor networking for debris observation".
