Wake Up, Spain!

From April 13 to 17, Madrid will host Wake Up, Spain!, an economic forum organized by the newspaper EL ESPAÑOL. Now in its sixth year, the event is held under the title “Growth, cohesion, and uncertainty.” Reflecting Europe’s current geopolitical context, the forum also adopts the tagline “Wake Up, Europe!”, and will be opened by the President of the European Parliament, Roberta Metsola.

Jesús B. Serrano, CEO of GMV, will take part on April 15 in a discussion where he will share GMV’s perspective on the European landscape, alongside representatives from the political, economic, business, social, and cultural spheres.

Around 200 speakers will delve into the current situation and explore how the Spanish and European economies are likely to evolve in the coming years, adopting a forward-looking perspective.
