AI concerns reporting channel

The AI concern reporting channel allows anyone related to GMV to communicate their concerns, doubts or fears regarding the AI systems (and their consequences) developed by GMV Soluciones Internet within the framework of its AI Management System (AIMS), in compliance with the requirements of ISO 42001 and the European AI Regulation.

This is not the appropriate way to report complaints (indications or information about misconduct or irregular behaviour). To do so, you must access the Communications Channel.

AI concern notification form

The form below contains mandatory, supplementary and voluntary questions. It is advisable to answer as specifically as possible, using language that you feel comfortable with and that you do not find difficult to express yourself with.

The notification will be received by the channel manager, who will consider initiating the internal investigation procedure. If you have chosen to provide us with your contact information, we will confirm receipt of your concern and inform you of the processing of your request.

The process followed guarantees:

  • The confidentiality of the information, of the informant (as well as anonymity, if that is their decision) and of any third party mentioned.
  • Independent, impartial and fair oversight.
  • Respect for the rights of presumption of innocence and hearing, and to the defence and honour of any affected person.
  • The absence of any form of retaliation.
