Team culture, sports, and wellbeing

Our GMV colleagues in Germany took on the challenge of the Munich Business Run on 11 July, joining the more than 30,000 runners who turned up for the event.

This run is more than just a sporting competition: the participants came together on a 5.6-kilometer course that ended at the Munich Olympic Stadium, demonstrating that teamwork, camaraderie, and the spirit of self-improvement are values shared both inside and outside our offices.

This activity is part of the company’s Wellbeing program, which promotes a good working environment focused on health, knowledge, and safety. Through this program, GMV provides its entire workforce with information, tools, and strategies for the physical, emotional, financial, and social well-being of all employees.

Throughout the year, GMV participates in these types of runs in different locations, allowing employees to share experiences and adopt healthy habits together, fostering group cohesion both at work and in the wider community.
