The need to obtain biometric data from the patient during the consultation makes it more difficult to provide the most accurate diagnosis in every situation. However, this challenge can be overcome by using various medical devices that allow the necessary data to be collected and communicated through a telemedicine computer application. Thus, GMV, in partnership with other companies (MD, ALMADESIGN, INEGI), has developed a portable health device that integrates medical biosensoring equipment that transmits the information to a telemedicine computer application, thereby helping the healthcare provider to obtain all the information needed to provide a more concise and personalized diagnosis, even during televisits. Thanks to iDocStation, the number of trips to places where there is a high risk of contracting SARS-CoV-2 is reduced, for instance: to clinics, healthcare facilities, and residences, among others. With this project, the goal is to develop a national value chain to train the health system, through the integration of telemedicine, on the measures to return to work following confinement.
