ILA Berlin

GMV is participating in ILA Berlin from June 5 to 9, 2024. This biennial event puts ILA Berlin at the heart of the global aerospace industry in Europe. For five days, Europe’s leading aerospace trade fair transforms Berlin into an international aerospace hub. Industry representatives, policymakers, armed forces, and academia come together under the motto #PioneeringAerospace to discuss current challenges and opportunities. Exhibitors from all over the world present their latest developments, innovative solutions, and research projects around innovation, new technologies, and sustainability.

ILA Berlin features the entire value chain and every tier of the aerospace industry, from aviation, space and defense & support, to advanced air mobility and the supplier sector. The guiding question is how to achieve the transformation of civil aviation to climate neutrality. The exclusive Space Pavilion showcases the vital contribution of space travel for life on Earth – from climate protection and digitalization to security and mobility. The significance of mission-ready armed forces for the defense of democratic values and the sovereignty of Europe lies at the heart of the military exhibitions. The Advanced Air Mobility exhibition is dedicated to the entire spectrum of uncrewed aerial systems and electrically powered vertical take-off and landing vehicles (eVTOLs). The International Supplier Center (ICS) serves as a meeting point for the deep-rooted supply chain, gathering buyers from OEMs and tier-1 suppliers, with central topics ranging from climate-neutral aviation and digitalization to supply chain stability.

As a benchmark in the aviation, defense, and space industries, GMV will hold a featured place in the exhibition hall, presenting its latest innovations with a stand of its own (130) in pavilion 3 and as a coexhibitor at stand 100 belonging to BDLI (German Aerospace Industries Association) in pavilion 4.
