Advanced Manufacturing Barcelona

One of the premier events for the industry, Advanced Manufacturing Barcelona, will take place on October 1st and 2nd at the Fira Barcelona – Gran Via trade fair complex. As part of this event, HispaRob has organized a roundtable discussion on October 2nd, entitled “Robots with intelligence: challenges and opportunities for the factory of the future” (11:30 AM).

The participants will be discussing the ways in which the combination of advanced robotics and artificial intelligence is transforming manufacturing processes, while also presenting new challenges and opening up new opportunities for the industry. The aim is to provide a space to reflect upon the direction that industrial automation is now taking, and to discuss ways of preparing for the next wave of technological innovation. Ángel C. Lázaro, Head of Robotics and Automation for GMV’s Industry sector, will be participating in this session.
