Project No. - PTAS-20211009 -R3CAV

Research on technologies and architectures for the development of new autonomous, connected, robust, reliable, and resilient vehicles.

The main objective of the project is to research and develop new connected technologies, as well as to design and develop a new adaptive architecture, both hardware and software, for future connected autonomous vehicles, capable of operating at different levels of autonomy, starting with advanced predictive driving assistance systems, up to fully autonomous driverless systems, thus boosting the Spanish research ecosystem in autonomous and connected driving technologies.

The project has received a grant from Spain’s Ministry of Science and Innovation through its Center for Technological Development and Innovation (CDTI), with European co‑funding from the Recovery and Resilience Facility and NextGenerationEU, with an initial approved budget of €8,453,973.00. The project consortium is formed by: Renault España, S.A.; Alsa Grupo SL; GMV Aerospace and Defence SA; Grupo Mecánica del Vuelo Sistemas Sociedad Anónima; Indra Sistemas, S.A.; Microelectrónica Maser SL; Sigma AI SL; Xfera Móviles SA.
