GMV is collaborating with Airbus Military in developing the control software for both systems and was also played a key role in software certification activities under RTCA/DO-178B standard, Software Considerations in Airborne Systems and Equipment Certification. The Multi-Function Control and Display (MFCD) software is classified as criticality level B. This is a major milestone for the GMV, culminating our engineers’ sterling work over the last three years in the various Airbus Military Air-to-Air Refuelling programs.
